Hello, all, and thanks for stopping by! Hoping you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and were safe in all of your Black Friday shopping! I have a wonderful treat in store for you today! As you might already know, I've teamed up with some incredible authors to bring you some Christmas cheer! We have, for your reading pleasure, a box set full of feisty, naughty women who get spankings for Christmas! If you need one, too, pick up our box set featuring authors Patty Devlin, Renee Rose, Maren Smith, Maddie Taylor, and of course, yours truly. You can buy each book individually, if you wish, but the box set is only $9.99 for all five stories!!
Below is an excerpt from my story, "A Father For Christmas". Clara Jones is a woman who has been worn down by life and based on the horrors she sees on a daily basis as a social worker, she has become jaded and finds it hard to trust. Caught off guard by her instant attraction to EMT Adam she tries to distance herself from him in order to keep from getting hurt.
“You’re in the medical field?”
“What gave me away?” he asked, with a grin that she thought was too easy, too trusting.
“You were on the ambulance that brought her in?” she asked, ignoring his question.
“No. I heard a buddy talking about it, though, and I thought I’d stop by and bring her the bear.”

She arched perfectly waxed brows. “Well, then. Aren’t you a regular Mother Theresa?” She laughed to soften the words.
Adam cocked his head to the side, his smile puzzled. “You don’t like me, do you?”
“Would that be so strange?” she asked, her voice light. She was trying very much to forget how his hand had felt on her shoulder, but she still felt like his fingers were there, even now, as though the imprint of his hand had been burned into her skin.

Hope you enjoyed meeting Adam and Clara! Remember, their story is on sale today! Get your copy at Blushing Books! Also, be sure to check out the other awesome authors Sat Spanks. Maren, Renee, Maddie and Patty have snippets from their Christmas stories, too! Check them out!

Swept Off Her Feet 11/23

I am pleased to introduce you to a new cast of characters in my first-ever historical Western. First, there's Maggie, 29 and single and sure she will never be a bride or mother. Her brother, Wesley, who's married to beautiful, bratty Libby who makes it no secret she thinks herself the woman of the house. Finally, there's Trent, who is counting the days until he meets his beautiful bride-to-be who he only knows through the letters they've exchanged. I hope you enjoy this snippet! Please check out the other snippets below!
To set the scene, Wesley has told his sister he brought her some candy from town, but she tells him he must be mistaken as she doesn't find any.

When he did come back, not only was he empty handed, but his previously puzzled expression had become a deep frown. “I didn’t forget,” he told me, his voice short as he gave his wife his undivided attention.

I turned to look at her, too, and noticed right away that she was looking down at her neatly clasped hands in front of her. I could swear I detected the corner of her lips twitching.

“Libby, do you happen to know anything about how Maggie’s things disappeared?”

“Course not,” she replied, in a dismissive, offhand way. “How could I?”

Wesley’s frown deepened, and when he spoke again his voice had taken on a tone that I’d heard my Pa use a time or two. “I better get a straight answer from you this instant, girl. And look at me when I’m talking to you.” He tapped his toe once, hard, the toe of his boot meeting the floor with an ominous thud.

"Swept Off Her Feet"

It is my pleasure to introduce my newest book, "Swept Off Her Feet" the first in my series, "Swift Justice". This book introduces you to Maggie and her two brothers, Wesley and Trent. Their mother has recently died and Maggie is feeling displaced as her brothers marry while it seems she is destined to be a spinster.
Do you like cowboys, well-earned discipline and true love? If so, please read my snippet and let me know what you think!

The minute the door swung closed, I walked to my brat of a wife and took her by the
arm. I could feel her trembling beneath my fingers, but she was anything but contrite. Libby had always been strong willed, but I knew it wasn’t anything that I couldn’t handle. I led her to the table where we took our meals and pulled a chair out. When I sat down, I brought her to stand in front of me, between my knees.

“Libby, what were you thinking?” I asked, my voice gruff. By God, the woman was beautiful. I didn’t know how her skin stayed so milky white under the sharp heat of the sun, but I loved it. Her eyes reminded me of violets, although the sweet smell of her skin sweeter than the flowers. We didn’t get much time alone in the house, and my arms ached for her to fill them, but unfortunately my duty as a husband called for me to deal with this unpleasantness.

“I’m sorry,” she said, her voice sullen.

I frowned at her. I’d like to get this over with as soon as possible--I had a list of chores to do that was longer than my arm, but Libby could be stubborn at the best of times. “Don’t worry, little lady, you’ll have cause to be sorry soon enough. But that doesn’t answer my question: why’d you do it?”

“I just...” She huffed loudly, tossing her hair, “I’m tired of you buying presents for that old maid!”

I was startled by the venom in her words. “Unmarried she might be, but she’s still my sister, Libby."

“More to the pity,” she sniffed.

I arched a brow at her. She sure did have a quick mouth, and all too often it didn’t suit her. “The two of you carrying on like you do is nothing but bad medicine. This needs to stop.”

“Then tell her to stop acting like such a big bug!” she demanded, pointing an accusing finger at the door. “She walks around her like she owns the place, and you and your brother are just her servants!”

I guffawed at her. “That’s ridiculous, Libby. Quit making such a fuss!”

She turned those pretty eyes on me, and narrowed them in anger. “I am not making a fuss, Wesley Swift! You need to do something about her, I can’t take it any longer!”

I returned her glare, feeling myself getting incensed now. Clearly my beautiful bride needed a reminder of who wore the pants in this family, and I was determined to give it to her. “I’d suggest you watch that tongue of yours, unless you want me to take you out back to the shed.”

My words hit their mark, and I saw Libby blanch when she took their meaning. The color began to drain from her face, and she hung her head. It could be that she was well and truly sorry, or she was just backing off to catch her breath. Never could tell with that woman.

I hope this sneak peek has whet your appetite! If so, the book is for sale on Amazon! Have a great week and happy reading!

"Answering to Him" 11/09

Hello to you all and thanks for stopping by! This week I am proud to introduce you all to my newly released book, "Answering to Him". Alicia is a closet spanko who has longed for years to share her secret yearning with her husband, Oliver. She just can't seem to work up the courage. What if he thinks she's weird? What if he laughs at her?

If ever I happened to be reading a book and happened to come across a spanking taking place, my body would jolt at the unexpected treasure, and I would read and reread the scene over and over again, memorizing the page numbers and savoring every word. I’d looked up the word spanking in the dictionary more times than I could count, and knew the definition by heart:
to strike especially on the buttocks with the open hand. See also thrash and whip. Such simple words, and yet the emotion they inspired in me was profound.

It was a secret that I’d kept buried close to my heart, one that was never far from my mind. It had been that way for me for nearly twenty years—practically a lifetime. When I’d met Oliver, I’d hoped that he might have the same, secret yearning inside of him. I tried to gauge it by slipping the “s”  word into conversation whenever possible, and watching for his reaction. It varied from mildly interested, to not even registering. Still, he was a sweet
guy. We liked a lot of the same things, spanking excluded, and he was easy to talk to. We had the kind of relationship of a couple that shared everything…well, almost. I trusted him completely, and when he’d proposed, I’d said yes.

I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse into Oliver and Alicia's world! You can get your copy of "Answering to Him" on Blushing! Thanks for reading and be sure to check out some amazing authors below!

"A Husband's Duty" November 2nd

Happy November everyone! Today I wanted to share a little excerpt with you from my book "A Husband's Duty". This is a conversation Beth has with fiancé Zach while overhearing her sister be spanked. I hope you like it!

I couldn’t help but keep shooting mystified glances at Zach as muffled shrieks were heard from down the hall. “What do you think he’s doing?” I hissed.

“Uh, well, I’d say it’s a pretty safe bet he’s spanking her,” he replied, mildly amused.

I glared at him and the smile he was trying to hide. “I don’t see what’s so funny, Zachary! That’s my sister in there!”

“I’d say she deserves it,” he said after he’d recovered from the use of his full name. “After
what she said to you, how can you defend her, Beth? You’re a good woman,” Zach said wistfully, in a way that I knew meant that while he valued it, he regretted it at the same time.

“Yeah, well,” I shot him a tense smile, “I’d have to be, to be marrying you. You don’t deserve any less.”

I was just starting to melt against him when I heard a loud crack followed by the sound of my sister’s pitiful cry. “I’m going back there,” I announced, jumping to my feet.
