In this debut excerpt, I would like to introduce you to Mona and Colby, who have been divorced for a year. While Mona remembers the reasons for their divorce, they all seem kind of silly now--especially since she can't stop thinking about her Ex-husband. Colby has moved on, though, and is in a serious relationship with another woman. Until he comes to help her start her broken down car, and all those old feelings come rushing back...but can they make it work this time around?

My stomach flutters when I see him come out of the truck with a  toolbox in his hand. 
Pulling my hood up over my curly hair, I open my own car door and step out to greet him. 

“Hey,” I call out, trying to sound casual. 
            
“Mona, have you lost your mind? Get back in your car where it’s warm!” he
snaps at me. 
            
“I was just sayi—”
            
“Now.”
            
I glare at him, but he glares right back, and well, I am getting wet, so I turn around and get back into my car. He’s as stubborn as ever.

TWelcome to another wonderful weekend filled with spanking and erotica! My excerpt this week is from my novel, The Errant Bride. In this scene, Sara has come to Ethan and asked for punishment because she hurt him by bad mouthing him to a friend. While he initially doesn't plan to spank her, this is the first time in their relationship that she has come to him and asked for it, like a good girl. Hope you enjoy! This one is a tad bit longer today...hope Mistress Blake doesn't notice! gasp!

“Yes,” she replied quietly. She was smiling at me, and I hoped she could feel the love I held for her. Despite what was about to happen, I had never felt more in-tune or connected with her. I gently took her arm and led her around to the back of the couch. She went willingly without comment or complaint. I guided her over it, and put my hand on the zipper of her dress. 
“I thought this would happen for a different reason,” I whispered in her ear as I pulled it down. It puddled on the floor around her feet. I adjusted her position so that her bottom was sticking out. “We’ll save that for later,” I said huskily, and without another word, I pulled my arm back and let it fly toward her bottom.

When we last left our story, Sara was in some major trouble for driving under the influence and running a stop sign. Her husband, Ethan, had to bail her out of jail and he brings her home for a spanking. This excerpt is from his point of view.

With a heavy heart, I directed her to turn around and bend over the bed. Her long honey brown hair hung over her face like a curtain. She turned her head and stared back at me with wide, fearful brown eyes. I knew this was all a surprise to her. She was used to me taking her over my knee, but this spanking was going to be far more serious. I wanted to reach over and comfort her, to reassure her that I loved her more than anything, but I didn’t want to delay it any longer. The time for comforting would come later.
